Right to be forgotten
The Brazilian Supreme Court - STF concluded that the right to be forgotten is not compatible with the Brazilian legal system and cannot be applied in cases of “disclosure of truthful acts and data lawfully obtained and published in analogue or digital media” . Accordingly, all lawsuits of the same nature must receive the same treatment by other Brazilian courts.
