Attorney at law, registered in the Brazilian Bar Association since 2001. With experience in Intellectual Property since 1999, his practice focuses on patents and industrial designs, with particular emphasis on the filing, prosecution, and management of applications before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO). Guilherme has extensive experience in administrative intellectual property proceedings, advising clients on the protection and strategic management of innovation assets. His practice is focused on patent and industrial design prosecution, assisting national and multinational companies, research institutions, and inventors in securing and maintaining intellectual property rights in Brazil.
